Hello! my names SoulHunt or otherwise Elias, I've been drawing for over 10 years. I mostly draw what I like which is usually a lot of games. I am currently a student going to college for game design. I love to hear about people's characters and ideas so please, don't hesitate to tell me about them in more depth.

I am primarily a character artist but I can do enviromental art and weapons as well. See my portfolio for my works.

Game and character design is my passion.
I enjoy things such as Soulsborne, final fantasy, Destiny 2 and warframe

⟡It is +$25 for each additional character and prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character!⟡I do also do Character reference sheets which cost $200-300 depending on the complexity and amount of detail needed to be put on the refrence⟡I do take NSFW comissions but those are to be negotiated with me directly.⟡Do not use my art for commercial use or for monetary use unless approved by me.⟡DO NOT USE MY ART FOR FUCKING AI⟡

Commissions are typically going to be in the range of a couple weeks to maybe even a couple months depending on the type of commission and the time i have available to work on it. I do not set specific deadlines unless otherwise talked with to me. Please feel free to ask for updates.

Terms of service

It is required to read this before commissioning from me

I. Intro
-As the artist I reserve the right to turn down any work for any reason.
-I may cancel the commission and issue a full refund to the client if I decide to no longer be working with them.
-There are no deadlines, I will only give rough estimates unless I state otherwise.
-Clients are allowed to request anonymity on the queue or social media posts.
-Payment is PayPal only and will only be accepted in full amount upfront or if a partial payment. Half upfront and the rest of the payment after the sketch has been approved.
-I will not finish a commission that has not been paid for.
-Commissions are not first come first serve, I will choose what order I do them in and which ones I decide to take.
-My commission queue is public and is provided on here

II. Revision’s and Fees
-I will take a certain amount of minor revisions before it will incur an additional fee.
-I will only take one major revision before charging an additional amount for major revisions.
-It is up to me to decide what I consider to be a major or minor revision.
-If I am unable to move forward with the commission due to excessive revisions it will incur an additional fee.
-I will not do revision’s that change the entire commission from its original submission.
-I will charge extra if the design is deemed complex to me.
-There is an additional fee for extra characters added into the commission.

III. Client obligations
-It is up to the client to send me clear and exact references.
-Please be sure to include important note’s or details that may be missed so I may be able to complete a commission to my client's satisfaction.
-If the commission is intended as fanart of a character please be sure to include the name of the character and the series that they originate from.
-Be clear and exact with the type of commission you are wanting so I may understand it easily.

IV. Process
-You can commission me by sending me an email at [email protected] or by sending me a message on twitter.
-Keep clear references on hand, If the reference is not clear enough I may ask for another one if you have one. Be ready to tell me exactly what you want and what it was you are looking for.
-Be ready to pay through the agreed upon payment option after I put together what kind of commission you are doing and if it will be a partial or full payment.
-Commissions can take a few weeks up to a few months, as this is something I do in my free time between work. This is only to be used as a rough estimate.
-When the commission is finished I will send you a watermarked version of it for any final MINOR edits before sending you via email the full unwatermarked version. Note the unwatermarked version will still include my signature or a watermark not covering the full piece.

V. Copyright & Usage policy
-I as the artist retain the rights over commissioned works.
-I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media or my site. Unless specifically asked to keep private.
-Characters that are commissioned as fanart work will remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
-Final product is strictly for personal/private use. Unless you purchase the commercial rights.
-You must credit or link to me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
-For commercial use that is to be discussed with me upfront at the start and the rights must be purchased from me.
-I still require credit if my work is used commercially.

VI. cancellations & refunds
-Cancellations or refunds are not allowed after the final product has been approved.
-You may cancel the commission at any time up until I am nearing completion of the commission. Refunds will be equivalent to the work incomplete.
-I reserve the right to cancel or refund your commission at any time.

Things that you may do with work commissioned from me:
-Use as a profile picture on social media with proper credit given.
-Print the image for personal use.
-share the image, also with proper credit given to me.Things you may not do:
-Claim the art as yours.
-use it for any sort of Nft/Crypto/Ai purposes.
-remove the signature or watermark on the completed piece.
-Color the sketch.
-Draw or alter the artwork without permission or outside the uses covered above.
-Use my work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

note: Simple sketches will usually take far less time to complete depending on the current queue, Bigger pieces will take a while to complete. Asking for updates is absolutely okay
